About Amy

Amy brings more than 30 years of business experience, including more than 20 years as a speaker, facilitator, coach and consultant. Earlier in her career, she worked in corporate Training & Development and HR, including serving as a corporate training director responsible for learning and development for 2,000 campus employees across four divisions.

But her interest in this work started long before she became a speaker, facilitator and strategist.

Throughout her career—from leading corporate training and development to building Success Architects—Amy has been drawn to the same challenge: How do we decide what really matters—and use that to guide our decisions and actions every day?

She believes we often make things harder than they need to be. We get overwhelmed by options, distracted by competing priorities, or stuck trying to make the perfect decision. Meanwhile, time, energy, talent and resources get spent on things that may not actually move us toward the impact we want to create.

Amy’s approach is practical and straightforward: get clear about the impact you want to create—what matters to you—and align your decisions, actions and resources to create it.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).

Her top CliftonStrengths—Strategic, Maximizer, Activator, Futuristic and Ideation—probably explain a lot about how she works: she naturally sees possibilities, spots connections, asks questions, challenges unnecessary complexity and looks for practical ways to move ideas into action.

Because deciding what matters is important. But what you do next is what creates the impact.
